We’re Lottie and Dan Carter, a husband-and-wife team and proud parents to three girls, embarking on an exciting new adventure together with Carter & Co Property Group.
We both come from very different business backgrounds. Dan works within the fire protection industry, while Lottie runs her own online clothing business. We’ve always shared an entrepreneurial spirit and a love of creating something of our own, which ultimately inspired us to take our next step together into property and hospitality.
Our journey begins with our beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Porchester Square, London, but our vision is much bigger. We hope to grow Carter & Co into a collection of thoughtfully selected properties where guests can enjoy stylish, comfortable and memorable stays.
As a family run business, the personal touches really matter to us. We want every Carter & Co property to feel welcoming and cared for somewhere we would be genuinely happy for our own family to stay.
This is just the beginning of our property adventure, and we’re incredibly excited to see where it takes us.

Our Porchester Square apartment accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms, and has two bathrooms including a private en suite
